Parting 5 Turbo Regals

I would hate to think bad of anyone on the board but it's bad when you've tried making deals and no one follows through wtih the sale. I've went through 4 people already trying to get parts. I understand we alll have lives and jobs and whatnot, but if you don't have time to sell and pull parts and keep up with the dealings, then why bother? Put the cars on ebay as parts cars and be done with it. I'm starting to get leary on who I'm trying to buy parts off of anymore. Seems everytime I find a goldmine of parts and think I'm gonna get most of what I need I get crickets. I would go through gbody but I don't have the cash to buy EVERYTHING from there, but at least I wouldn't get scammed

Last time I heard from him he said the crossmember would be sent out on Monday. That was in late June.

Ya there seems to be several cases of this kind of ripoff lately. I know to stay away from posters with low post counts but this guy had quite a few and seemed on the up and up from other posts. Greed? Drugs? Who knows but it sucks to get ripped off by a fellow TB member.

Have YOU personally dealt with Matt? I am dealing with the matter between mike and matt and i dont think we need a cheerleader

Its pretty normal to see when someone is parting out many cars, they dont respond to each request, its usually done via email or pm. Too much trouble getting to the thread and answering yes i have it, blah blah blah 5 posts later and the guy buys the part.

I just say, dont judge matt for not responding on the thread as a way of backing out, maybe he was just busy.

I have tried to deal with Matt.

I am not a cheerleader and do not intend to be one either. I don't feel it necessary to blast out at me when you may not know my entire story. I attempted to get a price on a part on his thread, THAT HE HAS NEVER YET GIVEN A PRICE FOR !!! My statement was that I felt that he was not busy, as there were several other posts made in other threads with still no response for the request for a price. Look at the other thread http://www.turbobuick.com/forums/parts-sale/268016-nos-fuel-sending-units-nos-tta-batt-cable.html and maybe it will help you understand where I am coming from...

Sorry to sound rude, but I feel that several people have attempted to get a price also.

I truly believe we should HAVE to place a price on items listed on the board. Ebay is out there for those that want to auction their parts, and that is where he can post them if he is looking to do such.

I think the best bet would to resolve any issues members have with him, if nothing is resolve then he would be banned. This is the FIRST time ive heard issues about him, i spent the summer working on the house and wasnt online much to see what pronto and wickedtt were going thru.

If you ask someone for a price for a part and they dont reply, MOVE ON to the next person or go to ebay and find it.


I saw he was PMing last night on the board, and he did not pm me today about prontos and wickedtts issues, i hope we figure this out.

Everyone, yes I did accept payment from Pronto for a trans crossmember and I never shipped it. I am in the wrong. He is 100% correct.

Wickedtt....you cancelled your payment . Then called and said forget about the parts. I don't want to hear anything else about it. I have bank records to prove you put stop payment on it and that actually cost me money.

Pronto is 100% right. I am 100% wrong.
