PC / video question

I have a Sony DSC-P73 digital camera. Last night I made a 20 second video with it. When I downloaded it to my pc, it was 10.5 mb's. Even if I put it in a zip file it's still 6.5mb's. My ? is why such a large file for a 20 sec. vid ? This is a 4.1 meg camera and I'm using XP pro on the pc...........Thanks

Raw video is very large.

Use Windows Movie Maker to create a WMV file that is a more reasonable size. It come with windows XP for free.
