I ordered a dash from this guy about 2 months ago and he said it would be 2-3 weeks. I am still waiting and have received no replies to my e-mails. I sent this guy the full amount almost $1000.00, so when it was finished he could ship it out right away.
I am just not having any luck with some of these Vendors.
I wish ATR made one, I have never had a problem with them.

I believe the point is Customer Service...which seemingly is not included in the price for some products...or perhaps cannot be bought at any price from some sources.

Any one carrying around someone else's money has a significant responsibility & obligation...both ethical, and legal.

People ignoring customer's e-mail, not available by phone, not shipping when promised, saying it's shipped when it has not...
are commiting business suicide.

Most simply, if you only care for the customer's money, and not the customer, you are going to fail, hopefully sooner than later.

There are 2 other threads like this one regarding 2 other vendors right now.

I wouldn't worry too much,mine took quite a bit longer than expected too.That's easy for me to say now,I know exactly what you are going through.Mine was being built last year between the Bristol and Vegas events so Tom had a ton of other stuff going on at the time.I'm sure he's gearing up for the B.G. Nats. which is delaying yours .Be patient,when you get it you'll be glad you got it from Tom.The dash and simple installation is second to none.

True, but I would have had it 2-months ago. The point was not the price, it's the customer service.

I have full confidence in Tom , like most side and custom company's ,products are seem slow to get out .
Tom should call or e-mail you ,he always did for me ,it just took a little time .
You will not be dissappointed with the dash ,Tom makes the best dashes I've ever seen .

I ordered one a few months ago and it took quite some time. It takes a while. And it seems Tom goes places frequently and he's not there to answer his email. I'll bet that you'll get a reply from him pretty soon and he'll explain why he was unable to answer.

2-3 weeks does not sound like enough time to order all the guages and assemble the dash. That is a pet peeve of mine. I would much rather someone tells me how long it will actually take.

But, You will get the dash and you will be happy.

Tom built a dash for me and it was not on time, but it is awesome. It was worth the wait and I am very happy with the quality.

Sorry to hear about your wait, but I hope this helps ease your mind a bit.
