Thought i would share my 84 regal build. The build is budget oriented with a few splurges .It is a 5.3 ,new rings ,bearings ,valve springs and ls6 cam ,master power 76 turbo, air to air ,a1000 fuel system going to run 14-15 lbs boost .Using a modified camaro harness, cobalt map. Fired it up runs good cant wait to take it for spin.

Nice build what engine mounts did you use and trans?

I kinda figured that most go that route i'm trying to figure out what mounts to use on mine but i would prefer a poly type to help with vibration.

Sure looks fast. Please post results. If I ever for some reason get paid out on my car, I'd be hard pressed to not build a turbo LS-powered Regal to replace it and buy a nice stock TR down the road. I could never put an LS in a VIN 7 Buick though.

Looks good, very nice job and nice car! I promised myself I wouldn't put an LS in a VIN 7 Buick either, but it's happening. These engines are so much cheaper and easier than the v6s are, it was a no brainer for me.

What manifolds are you using? Is the top right line on the cell, the return? What are you using for gages? Im doing an 85 regal. Love the pics.

Where is the alternator and what mount did you use for it?

manifolds are stock truck , top right line on fuel cell is return ,autometer gauges , Alternator is mini denso brackets are aei cnc pass low mount

its a powermaster denso style gm alt .its very small .

Awesome motor, and nice build brother. That's how a 5.3 should be built.

well i had it dyno tuned and at 15 pounds of boost it made 480 hp and 483 tq .not to bad
