Post some pics of the most neglected GN/TB you have ever seen. Stories to go with them would be great.

This GN is about 10-12 miles from where I used to live. I was going down a dirt road - was lost but didn't want to admit it - and came upon this one; Surprise! I stopped to knock on the door, nobody home. I left a note for the owner to call when he got home. Never got a call. Went back a couple of times and never found anyone home. I finally stopped by a neighbors house and they said the guy worked offshore (oil industry). Said he would never sell the car as he planned on fixing it up one day....yea, right! Notice the Charger in the background. Guess he plans on fixing that one up too? I finally moved out of state with never being able to get in touch with this guy.

Get a tow truck and tow it off to the TBH (Turbo Buick Hospital) for the immediate intensive care ward ...... :p Nobody would see or care.....

Check out the bumper sticker on pic 6, it says something about corvettes.....

Back in the day you used to see " I Brake For Corvettes " ...maybe that's it

House is kept too nice and the yard doesn't have enough junk in it for them to be "real" hillbillys. ;)

Car looks better than mine so I ain't posting no more pics. on this site. :p

I'd have that one going in less than a week. :)

But I know mine can run an 11 second pass on pump gas and alky.

Youse guys are waaaaaay too critical. :o

Plenty of show cars that can't get out of their own way around here...... so take that. :D

WOW! Has the rare "We brake for Corvettes" sticker on the bumper! From what I recall back in 87 Buick had those made up and the dealers use to stick them on the cars! Or some dealers would give them to you. But that's ashame to see it like that! That car is all original I bet!

Tommorrow sometime I will see if I can get some pics uploaded of the 82 GN I found in a cow lot a couple years ago. Too late to be fiddlin with it tonight.

Mine looks only slightly better than those pics, so I guess I won't be posting any pictures on the board, either.

I wish I had my camera with me a couple of days ago when I looked at a local GN, 10k drivetrain, for $4,000.

It had been vandalized- someone poured gasoline in the glove compartment and lit it, after stealing the stereo (which was probably the cheapest parts in the car!!!). Luckily, they shut the doors after lighting it, which eventually smothered the fire. The interior was a total writeoff, and the interior needed some work. No windshield. The rest of the car was gorgeous, it didn't scorch any of the metal except a small spot on the roof.

But then the guy showed me a couple of other nice finds, a frame and drivetrain from an 86 that had an engine fire, and a burned up body. It was quite sad.
