There are only a handful of Cream Colored Turbo Regals. I would guess less than 50.

I bought a 2-tone, lt brown/dk brown 1981 Regal back in 1990
that had these wheels on it...still got them on one of my '87 drivers.

It's called a Polycast wheel. Molded plastic over a steel rim. The Century Turbo Coupes used the same wheels in a grey color. Those skinny trim rings are impossible to find.
