I have an up pipe drilled for alchy but am not ready to buy an alchy kit yet. What is a good way to plug the hole for the time being until I install a kit.I found some plastic body plugs but not sure they will hold up on the release of throttle. Thanks for the input

ok what about boost ???

i put a short 5/16 bolt through it with washer and nut using loc tite

They do sell washers that have rubber on one side similar to the washers for the alky nozzle that goes into that hole. The hole is suppose to be 13/32" for the nozzle to fit in. A 8mm or 5/16 bolt should do the job. Or just find another downpipe used for like $10 to $15.

The rubber plugs go in tight, just not sure they will stay in with boost.Does anyone have a pic of a complete nozzle???I was thinking of just using a nozzle and putting a cap on the end. When the time comes to buy an alchy kit,I would just have a spare nozzle. Thanks

No WAY I would plug a hole like that with that rubber plug. Weld it, use a bolt, fashion a better fix, buy a new one or something.

Just contact Razor and he'll sell you one, probably with a cap too.

Rubber hose connector like you have on the MAF tube. Slice it like a 1/2 inch wide, cut it, wrap it around the pipe and put a hose clamp arond it. 30psi and still holding!

Thanks guys, the reason I have to use this pipe is it is a precision SLIC and the other up pipe I bought from RJC will not work.I thought the rubber plug was a stretch so I will probably phone razor on MON.Thanks again

Great idea... I just removed my dual nozzle and have to plug 2 holes in my Cottons up pipe.

Yep, agree with a section of turbo hose. Heck you could even get by with electrical tape and a hose clamp.

Really? Rubber hose and clamps?

Put a nozzle back in it and screw on a cap. Or go to a good muffler shop and have it filled for $10.
