possible fuel issue?

Hey everyone. Car started running funny late last year and Havnt been able to solve problem. Any help would be appreciated.

The car idles a little rough, has a hard time taking off from dead stop like a stop sign feels like it is about to die. Car boggs down under turbo load. Engine seems to work well. Put a fuel pressure tester on and most I can get it 30psi it will lower when adjusted but won't go any higher.

Since issue I have: replaced plugs. Replaced fuel filter replaced fuel pressure regulator. Replaced MAF. Took injectors out and had cleaned and tested. Replaced all vaccume lines. And just general maintenance
All items I was going to replace any way because of age

Next step will be to replace fuel pump but is there anything else I could be overlooking? The fuel pump is hardwired to fuel pump. The car is pretty much stock with a turbotweak stock chip installed.

30 psi is no good. Erics chips usually require a min of 43 line off at idle.............I'd be focusing on the fuel pressure issue. Has the filter been changed recently?
Sorry missed you changed fuel filter. Sounds like the pump is done

What fuel pump is in there? Sounds like it's time to drop the tank and replace it

What pump is in there. Was in there when I bought the car 9 years ago. I just bought one and will install later this week. I will post updates thanks.
