I had the wires from my cd player hanging and they sparked and blew a few fuses. It blew my tailights and radio fuse so I replaced those. However, my power windows went out at the exact same time. From what I have seen power windows is a circuit breaker, i checked that and it looks good. Is there anything else that could have cause this?

TIA

power loss

Hi!
I think you may have blown a fusible link at the starter, specifically the 'A' link. Check it out.

No everything else is working now that I replaced the fuses for the tailights, radio, cig lighter and interior lights. Everything went out at the same time, I gave the motors a thought, but how could both of them go at the sametime along with everything ese? Anyone else have any ideas, I'm looking into the fusible link but I do not know about that. Thanks for the help thus far guys, anymore ideas?

circuit breaker

I suggest replacing the circuit breaker with a known good one to make sure that isn't the problem. Can't tell they are bad by looking at them. :)
