Precision 67 mm billet/Ball Bearing/ E cover turbo for sale, THS legal

Selling my THS turbo, just don't see me racing my buick in THS in the near future .....this turbo has about 200 street miles, and about 30-35 1/4 mile passes (3 passes in the last 3 years....) always had turbo saver/filtered oil supply. Bought a new PT6870 this past summer as I started racing the car again locally, and this one has just been sitting. This is the ball bearing/air cooled version, no coolant to bearing. Has ported internal wastegate hole. Has the "E" cover, so it is 3" inlet/2" outlet to meet THS rules.

I'd like to sell outright if I can... I think the 6870 is more than enough turbo for my combo and I don't think I need another, I should have posted this back in July when I bought the 68, the 71 is a nice turbo, I had one and sold it when I bought the 67.....
