i have gon ethrough a few of these that have leaked in various places...this new one i put on dads car has done this twice...when the car got real warm...ie driving to work on the interstate....the car runs great but then will get knock when spooling up....after a brief cool down....the knock goes away...will lack of oil getting to the turbo cause knock...also..is synthetic oil better than normal oil?

Knock...No...but you'll get a nice solid state turbo that will make a nice paper weight :D

I guess it depends on what you mean by "real warm"....hot engines = poor air/fuel mixture = poor detination = knock.

When you cool it down you essentially cool the air and it decreases the knock.....that oil relocation kit doesn't "cool" the oil much at all....at least not enough to make a difference where you need it.

Work out your cooling issue. If you have the $$, get an aftermarket radiator and a 160 thermo....hot engines are emission friendly, but your not going to get to the end of track fast.

Oh yeah....synthetic oil versus non....do a search and you'll see many opinions....I doubt you'll "feel" a difference other than your pocket book......and if you have any small leaks before...well, you are probably going to have more with synthetic.
