Russ Merritt did mine. I don't have any new quarter times, but the final product on my heads and intake were great. He communicates well and ships quickly. Send him a pm, and he will give you some pricing.

You cannot match the consistancy you get with CNC ported heads from Champion. plus, after you pay for porting, new valves, machine the exhaust side to accept a valve seal, you are right in the same neibourhood price wise.
