Prostar's with Hoosier Drag's

I bought some Weld Racing wheels with Hoosier Quick Time Drags from a member here and don't need anymore due to needing a motor build. I have the following:

1- Two Rear Weld Racing Prostar Wheels with almost new Hoosier Quick Time Drag's (26x9.50-15lt pro).

2- Two Front Weld Racing Prostar Wheels with almost new Hoosier Quick Time Drag's (26x4.5-15lt Pro).

They look Powdercoated. Don't know what the backspacing is. Would it be somewhere on the backside of the wheel. Also, I live Northeast of Atlanta, Ga. I bought these from forum member gnon18s.
