I'm putting together ideas for my TB and I am trying to be a bit different than most. I think this color can look really good with the right accessories (brush aluminum and anodized black interior pieces). With that in mind, what would it take to accomplish this type of finish? Single stage flat pearl white or a base pearl/semi gloss clear?

If it is pearl white, it would be white ground coat, pearl midcoat, and then a matte clear. It wouldn't be any different than a normal pearl white, just a flattened clear applied instead of gloss. You will not be able to sand out any dirt in the clear, it cannot be buffed or it will shine.

you would want to use base coat clear coat.
here is pearl

it all depends on what you want to do. there is alot of pearls out there you just have to get the one you like.
what effect are you going for a color change, glow in dark, heat reactive?

glow in dark paint only works on white but you cant tell its there until its dark.
if you want cool effect i know alot.
i did the heat reactive paint to a buddies car and we alway mess with people. they think they messed up the paint see vid for example.

Thanks for the info!!! I'm sure I can pull off the brushed aluminum look myself on some interior pieces ie console plate, dash plaque, gauges, and bevels.

I really like the glow the Lambo has. Regals have a few body lines that are not noticed because of a gloss finish. With a semi gloss finish I think the two lines running down the sides of the car and the crease on the trunk would pop not to mention the hood bulge would hop out at people too.

Color matched and smoothed bumpers...black out trim...some staggered 20" 3 piece BBS style mesh rims with the centers black would look sick. I am in love with the GNXray car but want a slight murdered out look. The vision I have in mind includes an all black suede and leather interior with white piping...and brush aluminum accents. The look I want is a mix between pro touring, lowrider, and muscle.
