He was a good actor. Always liked him in Bonanza. May he R.I.P. And your right about cancer. It took my dad from us in 96.

Mmmm...that is sad news...I remember Pernell Roberts playing the role of "Sheriff Marsden" (see picture) in the 1979 movie "Rebel Of The Road" (also called "Hot Rod"), which also starred Gregg Henry and Robert Culp...
