I have gotten maybe 1-2 kr with the powerplate at the most, but often i don't get any, compared to 4-6 degrees of kr without it. I have experimented with also "priming" the system before you go WOT from a dead stop and this also helps. I run NGK UR5's for spark plugs and have them gapped tight @ .32 which also helped with the transition knock. Keep in mind, you can get transition knock because of a loose motor mont or downpipe hitting the frame also creating false knock under the shock when you first floor the car.
