Adjusting fenders
First, make sure your doors are fit properly(hinge pins good).. Take both bolts and washers out of the rad supt, lift or lower rad supt to achieve door gap, even at top and bottom, lock the rear fender bolds, take note of the gap between the rad supt and mount on frame, install washers so when you tighten the rad supt bolts, your not pulling the fender up or down. Make sure the bodyline is good, you may need a shim on the top(at cowl)if the fender sits lower than the door(pretty common)gm used shims in the top and bottom of the fenders... After the fenders fit the door evenly and flush, chech the hood to fender gaps,if uneven shift rad supt side to side to even gap(note hood lock unbolted so it does not draw hood to either side and get stuck) when align hood to fender gaps, i always loosen the inner plastic w-house bolts,it allows front to shift easier. After the fender and hood gaps are even, tighten 2 rad supt mount bolts..reinstall hood lock.. It's nice to have a helper to give assistance.. Good luck!
