Radiator Hose rubbing Pulley

So I was detailing the car saturday to go to the Lone Star Performance Buick Club show that night. I was putting some protectant on the hoses under the hood and noticed that the top radiator hose was rubbing on the water pump pulley. I felt under there and I don't know how it hasn't busted yet.

So I'm ordering a new set of hoses, but has anyone figured out a good way to keep it from rubbing on the pulley?

Has no one else run into this problem?

Car Motorsports says that theirs are thicker rubber, probably making them less likely to sag, which seems to be the problem with mine.
