Ready for new turbo

Whats up guys, I was looking at getting a new turbo for my car, but I have no idea what kind I should get. My mods are 255 fuel pump, 36 pound injectors, fuel pressure regulator, 3 inch down pipe with electric cutout, and Alky Injection. Everything else is pretty much stock. I want to go faster but I want to make the right choice for my car. Does adding a bigger turbo really make that much of a difference?. My car is on 21 pounds of boost but my turbo feels like its maxed out. I would probably have turn the boost down if I get a bigger turbo right? What do you guys think I should do. Sorry for all the questions, im a 19 year old who just bought his first GN, im trying to learn as much as possible.

Its still on the stock turbo.

Get a TT chip if you don't have one
Scanmaster for sure if not your running blind
Stock Convertor?
Maybe a 2600-2800 stall
You can get more out of your stock turbo

Dont apoligize, ur doing the right thing by asking before U blow ur money in all the wrong spots. As stated more info about the car is needed and also where U want to be short term and long term.

Thanks guys, I already put my mods on my signature. I was also thinking of porting my turbo, do you guys think thats a good idea before I get a new one. I at least want to make low 11 second passes later on when I get more mods. As for the future, I love to take it out Saturday nights and own a couple of Evos and Mustangs, I dont want a full blown race car. Anybody else?
