A month ago I thought I had a voltage problem and ended up doing this to have a more positive connection (fancy speak for I stripped out the battery and gold extender bolt )
Since they use a threaded stud, every thread in the battery gets to be used plus the fastener doesn't turn when clamping down the battery cable. It's also easy to hook up extra stuff like hotwires, amps, and extra grounds with the end bolt. Comes with extra washers and ring terminals. $22 shipped in the lower 48
