Rear Seat Divider Board, install question

My rear seat factory sound deading, fell apart when I removed it, so I picked up this:

1987 Buick Skylark/GS/Regal/GN OEM TRUNK REAR SEAT DIVIDER BOARD (INSTALLS BETWEEN REAR SEAT AND TRUNK)

Any idea how to install it? There's one of two ways to put it in, neither really looks like it will work. Anyone install this?

Hey Rich,

The one I ordered is similar to the one in the link.

Jute on one side, rubber type coating on the other. Hangs from the three hooks(rear deck) on the inside of the cabin.

Looks like the holes are not in mine, must be a generic "one size fits most". GBody looks like it would work better. Thanks

I used a G Body Parts one when I welded in a Tin Man rear seat brace. Fit real nice.
