Resale questions on a 109 engine

how much "estimate" can you get if you part out our engines? Mine has about 10k on a rebuild and I have to get the specs from the owner of my previous owner. All the other guy (that only drove it here and there) said it had an upgrade on the valve line. But I know there are more. The block is painted black and so are the heads so I pretty much know that there is more and also he told me that it went 11.7 in the 1/4.
