Ok every website says something different.

To be legal from 10.00 and slower IHRA and NHRA shows that a 5 point bar is legal as long as its in the right place.

Yet searching through Google I see that alot of tracks want a 6 point roll bar.

WTF is this?

Can I do a 5 point? It shouldn't be this difficult to figure out

NHRA track requires a 5-pt bar, with the door bar going down the drivers side door. Legal up to 10 flat.

Well thats what I want to do, why do 6 if you don't need it. Extra weight sucks Seems everyone has 6 points though and I was just wondering why?

Because the lone bar on the drivers side looks awkward and the added stiffness of the extra bar is helpful.

Ask Postal about torquing his body.
