It was reported that the Chief of Staff for Iraq assembled all of the Saddam look-alikes together to give them the status of Saddam after all the bombing.

He said, "I've got good news and bad news."
"The good news is that Saddam is alive. He survived all the bombing attacks."
"The bad news is that he lost an arm."
