Last weekend I was in the process of tightening the valve covers when I shorts the hot wire at the back of the alternator to the valve cover with a ratchet. Other than the little mark it left on the cover, is there any other things I should look for? Can this affect the ECM? I have not really noticed any major elect problems, hoewever I really haven't driven the car since. One thing is, my heater fan did blow a fuse.
