slow WOT shifts

My 1-2 WOT shift seems ok at about 5400 rpm.
2nd - 3rd & 3-4th shifts are very slow.
On recorded logs , get to about 4400 rpm & just sits there for a second or two before shifting.
Dont think its slipping as RPM does not rise.

Its a CK trans 200 4r with 3200 LU convertor with about 300 miles on both.

Part throttle shifts are firm & at correct time.

Suggestions welcome.

The description is strange.If your are interested in finding a solution phone in and give us additional information and we can offer advice.I see from the signature it is a transplant.There is additional information needed.
