Spindle lowering

I'am going to lowering the GN this winter and I'am trying to get all my info gathered for now. Here's what I want to do lower the fornt with spindles and be able to have 12in brakes. Can someone tell me if this can be done? I read a back post that a Impala spindle will work has anyone tried that method.

Global West's site lists what spindles work.
I used some LE1 3rd gen F Body springs with a loop cut off to get this look, with the 12" brake spindles:
