spun bearing

hi,i spun a rod bearing,and ruined the end cap,rod looks good,anyone know where to get one,or does any one have an 86 109 rod they would like to sell?thanks, dan

If you spun a bearing then you need to replace the entire rod. Chances are you detonated the engine pretty bad and the remaining rod ends that dont have spun bearings are not round anymore. Tear down and prepare to have the rods resized. Contact Chris McDade. He has a lot of connecting rods.

Do an advanced search on his name in the parts for sale section and you will find him easily. He has a few current threads going over there.
