GUYS I NEED HELP . MY CAR IS SURGING UNDER FULL ACCERATION.I CAN REV THE MOTOR SETTING STILL AND IS I REV IT HARD AT ABOUT 35-45 HUNDERED THE CAR MISSES KINDA LIKE ITS LOOSING FUEL PRESSURE. I HAVE REPLACED THE FOLLOWING WITH NO CHANGE IN PERFORMANCE.. COIL PACK MOD.,TPS SET @ 42. CLOSED AND 4.72 W.O.T ,WIRES ,PLUGS GAP @ 45. FUEL PRESSURE REG.,CAM SENCER, CRANK SENCER,IN JECTORS COMPUTER , MASS AIR .... SO ANY IDEAS?????????????????? UNDER FULL ACCERATION IT WILL SURGE AND SPUTTER BUT IF YOU LET OFF OF THE THROTTLE, TO ABOUT 3/4 IT WILL PULL HARD AND NOT MISS. BUT IF YOU JUS SLAM THE THROTTLE IT WILL BUCK AND SPUTTER UNTIL YOU LET OFF OF THE THROTTLE AND LET IT PICK UP AT HALF THROTTLE . ANY HELP WILL BE NICE ,IM PULLING MY HAIR OUT... BUDDY

that is what jumps out to me, this ignition system is good but probably not that good. try gapping at a tight .35. I usually gap closer to .32 myself. simple easy and best of all free to try!

Sounds like your running out fuel. I had the same problem when someone disconnected my second fuel pump. At about 8 PSI boost the stock in tank pump poops out and the computer pulls back on the timing. The thing will buck and sputter and spit until you let off the throttle. Do you still have the stock fuel pump ??

this sounds just what my car is doing. i just picked up a walboro fuel pump. my car does the exact same thing at WOP. i also bought the hot wire kit, figured might as well do it while im down there  ill post up after i get that pump in and see if that cured the problem

Surging usually means a fuel problem, and I dont see in your post where you have even considered a fueling problem. Look at the pump filter and fuel pressure and let us know.

What everyone else said.

.045 plug gap needs to be .035 and what fuel pump?

So you changed the spark plugs and its still the same? What fuel pump are you using?

Is an ESEXX pump a puller? Did you remove/replace the stock pump from the tank? What are the scan tool numbers for O2's and knock? What octane, what boost and what chip?

I had the same problem with my car until yesterday the only difference mine started this about a month and a half ago. I also did everything you did with no luck. I ran into a guy here that friday that had one of these cars, he told me to try to lean the car out some because the hotter air here will make the car run rich. I pulled about 6# of fuel out and now it is fine. BTW change the gaps to .035 tight and if you try leaning it out watch your EGT close if you have one to make sure you don't go to far. This worked good for me.

After addressing/verifing your fuel and spark gap and you still have an issue, verify your grounds. Check the GN/T-TYPE board for your grounding locations. The obvious one will be the firewall to the bellhousing so start there.

Finally, the parts that you listed you changed were they new or used? and if there were used did you verify they were good? For example was the coil and ignition module were they taken from a running car without this problem?

Good luck.
