Yes it is considering its almost max bored and i can buy a new TA block for that price I could have bought Stagecoach's new untouched block for $2500 which i think is a fair price but wanted a Off-center.

Don't overlook the on centers. All that is required is a spacer in the cam nose hardware and a spacer between the balancer and crank/oil slinger. You can use a stock intake as long as you start with a stock untouched intake.

Yep...I just machined a few crank spacers for Mike E and Chris Hoagland a few months ago. Mike said that was all that was needed to make everything work. Never messed with Stage stuff, but the spacer was easy.

It seems the on-centers are about the only ones really floating around if i can find a later cross bolted that's in tact i would probably go that route considering my options!

There is nothing wrong with early on center blocks. Due to the fact that the #1 cap doesn't have cross bolts most of them have an oil pick up provision at the #1 main like the off center blocks do. This will save you money on elaborate external oiling systems.
