I have read a few places that ATR had issues with the waste gate arm sticking there Terry Houston down pipe. What is the usual fix. I chased a low boost problem in 2nd gear for months and finally noticed this. You can unhook the actuator arm and spray some penetrating oil and work it back and forth and it frees up. But then several days later it is tight again. It always seems to open at least. It just doesn't close back up very quickly leading to low boost usually around the shift into second gear when the RPM's drop.
