Stock turbo flow CFM

Probably posted before but can't find, stock flow for 84-5 turbos is approx. 390 CFM, what about the stock 86-7 flow CFM? How about the next step up aftermarket turbo CFM? Thanks.

Can anyone confirm these max flow numbers:

Stock 84-5 turbo 390 CFM

Stock 86-7 turbo 450 CFM

Aftermarket
upgrade turbo 600-800 CFM (approx.)

I can't find it at the moment, but thought I recall the stock turbo at 535 cfm. For comparison, the TA49 is 800 cfm, TE44 is 850, and TE60 is 900, per the Buick Power Pac book.

IIRC THE STOCK TURBO IS GOOD FOR ~575 CFM
