Stock turbo. Not seized but not completely free. No play in the shaft. To give you an idea of the resistance to spin the shaft, you can spin it with your hands but i don't think it would spool until the higher RPM's.
Other than that it is in good shape no broken blades, scoring, broken bolts etc. Comes with inlet bell and elbow on the exhaust. Will get a pic up later if need be.
