I am having a strange problem. My wide band shows a lean condition and the narrow band is maxed at 1047 according to the scan tool. It stumbles and is definitely lean. BLM is pulling fuel.
I've replaced the 02 sensor with a known good one and it still has the same problem.

If your narrow band says it's rich,it is.
What BLM are you seeing?

112 it stumbles while cruising the wide band reads 17.0 or better and when I tip in it straightens out and the wide band jumps up like it should.

Disconnect the narrow band and see how it runs and what the wideband reads.

When I unplugged the the computer and reset it, things went back to normal on the wide band but the narrow band still showed 1047 and I know if I drive it much it will base fueling off of the narrow band and eventually the BLM will start pulling fuel.
Could it be the computer? Its a ttop car and my buddy had his daughters Mercedes in the shop to change the alternator it was out in the rain for a couple days could have leaked on to the computer.

At an idle and during cruise the narrow band should bounce all over the place. Does it?

If you determine that it is the ECM. O'Reilly's has the BWD brand for $65.00 with core exchange and it comes with a lifetime warranty,i bought one for my 86 T-TYPE a few months ago and it has worked fine no problems at all.

So I go out to fire it up and check a few things and the battery is dead.........
checked to see how much draw was on the battery and its .70 amps hmm that's odd.
unplug the ECU and it drops to .14 now what?

You need to run it with the narrow band unplugged. Take note of the O2s on the Scanmaster.

I think I figured it out there was water present in the connector at the ECU. Its drying as I type hope the ECU isn't hurt............ might have to try FAST if its cooked

I think the water is messing with the O2 circuit. Pin D7 sends power to the O2 sensor. D6 is the ground for it so the wire to D6 should have continuity to ground.

Thanks for your reply's we will see once things dry out

especially one that leaks!

I've owned a turbo regal since 1987 and 2 of the 6 had T-Tops and were driven in all kinds of weather;Fla. almost daily down pours some months and all of them sat outside in the elements and none of them ever leaked on the ECM / wiring. They don't have to leak, thats not normal. I would find out where the leak was and fix it. If i couldn't fix it then i would either move the ECM to another location or seal the top of it so no water could get into the wiring connector plugs / pins.
