First off i'm a total newbie so bear with me. I haven't posted at all but i've been reading alot on this site.
Here's my question, My motor is apart but i have the chance to buy a ta45 p-trim turbo for $550, that only has 15 passes on it. This is my first turbo car and don't know how "big" this turbo is. i would eventually like to get into the 11's somewhere but don't know really what to expect with this car. I plan on porting the heads and installing a very mild cam while the motor is being redone, as well as the other necessary upgrades which i will figure out later. In reality i will not be building the motor untill at least winter, or maybe next summer but am wondering if the turbo is worth picking up while i have the opportunity?
The car does have pgraded injectors, maybe 44lbs/hr??...not to shure, i have the paperwork somewhere, how much power will these injectors support?.....
