would like to know a couple things about this turbo.
there is one on ebay for sale the guy bought it ,but never installed it doesnt, know if it works and been sitting for 5 yrs. has scuff marks on compressor side of housing.(not really bad just a little)
He says has little shaft play side to side and spins freely.
Turbo is precision style .82 exhaust housing.
If I do buy this turbo will I need to upgrade my stock torq convertor and my 30 lbs injectors

Converter will be good but you may want to upgrade the injectors in the future if you start pushing it.

Skip this one! I looked on eBay and the compressor wheel has made contact with its housing. It would need to be rebuilt. Better off buying another turbo from a vendor on this board. Save yourself the headache.

Dammit... Shoulda looked here first. I bid on it thinking that it would be something cool to throw on while I finish getting the car together and then I can upgrade to something else (6262BB or something along those lines) later.

Plan is to build for 600 to the wheels which means eventually going over every detail of the drivetrain. Oh well, I hope someone else outbids me...

Never use a .81,.82 or .85 exhaust housing with a stock converter. You will be so disappointed in the spool, but will lengthen the life of your rear tires since you won't be able to spin them on dry pavement.

You can always retract your bid.. I did it once with no issues. Go into "my ebay" look up the item and look for something that lets you retract the bid. Then it asks for the reason you are retracting the bid. If there is enough time left in the acution then you should be ok. You are definitely better off buying the same turbo here than the one in that listing.

Yeah... I retracted it once I read this post and only bid the next highest amount versus bidding an extra 50 bucks. I guess I shoulda just left it cancelled and put the money towards the bigger turbo I want to get in the future.
