TB in F.A.S.T. race

Do you think its possible that a turbo buick could ever be allowed to race in the popular F.A.S.T race class? I think a tb could be sneaky fast. How fast do you guys think a tb could go on little 265-15s? With all the latest 455 vs Hemi, I have to wonder.

Stock appearing on non drag radials, I would put the limit at mid-low 11's at 125. I don't see the 130 mph speeds, the big cars are running.

Bottlenecks would be the stock Intercooler neck and the stock elbow, which cut down bigtime on the HP potential the motor can make.

I'm pretty confidant my stock appearing airbox will easily go 120+ mph (it went 118 with a stock motor and only a TA49)

If the cubic dollar FAST cars didn't show up and it was fighting it out with high 11 cars, a Stock appearing TR could be pretty competitive.

I seriously doubt they will ever be allowed to compete. Maybe in a modern musclecar FAST Class in a few years (when original Muscle cars are too valuable to race)
