TE-45/TE-63e turbo, good 10 second turbo

I have a TE-45(Precision called these turbos a TE-63e) turbo for sale. The turbo has about 4k miles on it and has always been used with a turbo saver so it has only had good filtered oil through it. No fin damage or abnormal wear. It has a 4" inlet/2.5" outlet cover and a PTE .63 exhaust housing. This turbo can put a full weight car solidly in the 10's. $465 shipped in the 48 states. I've got some money and want to be as fast as you...

My combo is petty basic. This turbo should get you there for sure. Like many have said though, it's seat time, and I have plenty, that makes these cars fast. When I start another one, I'm sure I'll progress faster. Good luck with your pursuits.
