So my TE62 has had a leaky seal for a few months now... I've put very few miles on it since it started, but it does seem to still spool, sound, and pull just fine.
Is replacing the seals something that I could so myself or do I need to send it in somewhere? From what I've read, I'm looking at in the neighborhood of $500 to send it in... Normally I'd just send it, but right after Christmas, new truck payment, and possible home purchase are eating at the wallet....
And FWIW, I'm completely happy with the way the car runs with my current setup, so I have no desire to change anything about the turbo...
