starting feb 17 telemarketers will be starting to call cell phones there is a website to go on to register your number it is www.donotcall.gov go under register phone number. give your cell no. and email address then goto email and click on link and your protected. BEATS USING MINUTES ON THESE @#$HOLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As mentioned in this link, there is no need to register your cell phone on a do not call list, it is illegal for telemarkets to call cell phones as this is a FCC regulation.
