heard alot of negativity towards my little cousin in other forums and was just wondering if you guys felt the same way. btw thanks jdpolzin for your concern much appreciated

This forum is quite a bit different than the other forums. Sounds like she was trying to get away and was abused in the past. Sounds like she did what most people would do......get away. It's not her fault he jumped in the back of the truck in my opinion.

If I jumped out in the middle of the road in front of a moving vehicle....it wouldnt be the drivers fault that hit me. My own stupidity.

Either way, it's sad the he passed away. It's got to be rough on the families of both sides. I hope it all pans out and you uys are all able to move on, which I'm sure you will be able to. It just takes some time. Good luck to your cousin.

thats exactly what happened. thats why she is innocent and isn't charged with anything. totally his fault but he did not deserve to die. he probably thought he might get hurt a little bit to prove a point but not die, i've seen people fall off of cars here at the sideshows in oakland and when they hit the ground there feet shoot up in the air and they smack the concrete with the back of their heads violently thats probably what happened and caused all the head trauma.

It only takes a hit that jiggles the brain a little too much and your done for. Life is precious and unfortunately people dont think about that anymore. Glad your cousin is now freed from that at least. Just wish she hadnt have gone through all the crap in the first place.

Thats what you get when the media has their way with a situation. A$$holes will believe the media hype. You can profile the mentality on the forums very fast. I doubt you will find that negativity here.
