Guys,
Thanks for all comments; I'll try to address them.
Wheels:
Although I'm not sure how to take the Dayton wheel comment, I agree with turbofish38/Eric that running a 15" wheel would give me more options. I
have thought about doing so and using 15" wire wheel covers used on various mid-80's models; there is a hubcap company in the Ontario/Inland Empire area that has a bunch of styles from the mid-80's Buicks. Plus, running 15s would give me more options if I wanted to run a sticky street tire. The only reason the car has 14s and those size WWs is that under those wheelcovers reside the wheels and WW tires that originally came off our cherry '83 Chevy Malibu Wagon that my mother-in-law (the original owner) gave to my wife and I a couple of years back. So, the wheel/tire combo was a totally free experiment, and you can't beat free. I then picked up a set of the '87 Regal Deluxe wheelcovers from the aforementioned hubcap company (not free, nor cheap) to complete the look.
Steering wheel:
Yes, I am on the lookout for a two-spoke steering wheel; my car has the dark blue interior so this might take awhile. In the interim, the factory three-spoke wheel has one of those slip on wheel covers that matches the blue aftermarket dash cover. BuickGN.com came through with a red/white/blue Buick tri-shield horn button (not overlay) in place of the "T" button. If you look closely at the top photo, the front fender emblems where the "T" badges normally go have been replaced by a pair of those GM-Mark of Excellence "chicklet" emblems found on '07 Tahoes and so on. Unfortunately, when I tried to remove the original "T" emblems I discovered that the "T" emblems were never removed and simply masked off when the car was repainted four years ago, so the paint was all FUBAR'd underneath them.
License plates: I have a few ideas for vanity plates, but I don't want to give up the old style California "sunset" reflectorized plates that haven't been available for many years that were popular back in the 80's. Plus, they help "date" the car.
Pics: I'll try to shoot some more up-to-date pics on my day off tomorrow.

I took a C5 two out of three on my way home from work one day. Him: "Wha-- how--- but-- wher-- wh--- WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING?!?!" Me: "It's a 20 year old Buick with a bunch of miles on its original V6....it seemed to run pretty good back there, didn't it? Have a good day!"
Mike: I'll be going to DD's this coming Saturday as Gary and I are hooking up.
I've only had this car since August so it is still a work in progress.
