Throttle body

I already posted this in the general tech section but I think I might get a better chance aimed at hot air guys. I purchased a throttle body from another member. Is it a hot air tb? It has no shaft seals so I assume it's not meant to be after the turbo. Tag says TD-6. Help appreciated. Then I can post it on the market place and try to get some money back. I want to know what it fits to properly list it.

Post a pic of the top where the vac block mounts....that will tell whether it's an IC one or a hot air one....(I'm not sure that either one had shaft seals)

Looks just like the 87 model but the casting around the shaft where the return spring goes is a lot smaller and no seal

Looking at this pic, you may have a 86-87 throttle body...

Doesn't have the raised lip around it. It's definitely not a 87. Maybe the 86 didn't have seals?

So I talked to Steve Monroe at throttlebodys.com. It's a n/a throttle body from a 88 fwd 3.8. Completely useless.
