Throws 41 when hot

I'm extremely tempted to drive my car off a cliff and never look back at it. Ok so when the cars gets around 180 degrees or up, it will randomly throw code 41. It doesn't matter if I'm cruising on the highway or sitting in traffic it will throw the code. I'm about to check it this evening to make sure its set correctly but I triple checked it when I installed the cap. Any suggestions or ideas as to why it only does it above 180? On a cool day with the coolant steady around 160-170 its fine, no issues what so ever.
