SignUp Now!I know the owners. We could talk to them about the cage deal.Im going to have to think about thisTo bad my street car is not legal for NHRA for running that fast. Id have to add alot of bars to be legal and thats why i asked if it was a NHRA track. DAM how much you want me to spot you in my other car ? After all i have a sissy time slip

Perfect! Although, couldn't Gene just transplant the engine from his big car into the street one? Is your engine better than Gene's big car engine? This has been quite entertaining in a strange way.
Looks like a nice set of rules to me. I've got the perfect engine - just no car to put it in right now. Gene - weld in some bars and stick this bullet in there. A proven Stage 2 with a single 91.5mm so it would be an apples to apples comparison - right?![]()
Will. Do you see anything about the rules that you think might need changing or adding to?

I think you need to ask Tony why we need to do it at my track.Yes - not that this will ever actually happenbut...........why not do it on a neutral track? Everyone drag their junk to Bowling Green one year and duke it out in front of the largest Buick crowd of the year.
Hey, Gene. Throw whatever bullet you want in it. Let's have some fun.Not saying mine's better but it is a proven combination that I would put up against any other Stage 2 out there.
Thanks Will for not biting on Dons comment about whos motor is betterNot saying mine's better but it is a proven combination that I would put up against any other Stage 2 out there.
I thought it was a very fair question. He knows you have the big motor. I was just curious why he thought you might want to use his. I would imagine yours should be quite capable. No matter. Stick the meanest motor in there and let's plan to do this. Thanks Will for not biting on Dons comment about whos motor is betterBesides i think that comment was made about your motor compared to his(Apples to Apples.Just another way to create drama in this thread. Don you going to let AWD trucks and cars run? As far as me racing the likes of Dutwiler i never opened my mouth and said i could show anybody how its done.

I thought that was yours and Tony's whole deal with me. Me not taking your advice on things. Me not listening to others that have 'superior' methods. Isn't that like you guys trying to tell me how it's done? And then you guys getting mad at me because I chose to do things differently? As far as me racing the likes of Dutwiler i never opened my mouth and said i could show anybody how its done.![]()
OK. So you're going to butt out. That's OK. You can still work on Tony for me. Anyone is welcome on this, but I really want Tony. I may just call the whole thing off if I can't have Tony.Come on Don you really think i want to spend all the time and money on my street car to race your gutted out with glass doors race car? Beside i promised the wife my street car would never get turned into a race carI have a purpose build race car now and i cant help it if your 1530 HP car cant match the performance of it . Thats not apples to apples and a unfair advantage and i understand i just thought you might bite ..Hehe It does sound fun and i wish we could race but does this mean Fiscus,Tony,Cruze are welcome also? What about the AWD trucks and cars? How about something we could really do and thats compare dyno numbers when you have it going. You know what mine is and the best Cal has put up.
Do you hope to get in the high 4 sec range in the 1/8thOK. So you're going to butt out. That's OK. You can still work on Tony for me. Anyone is welcome on this.
AWD trucks and cars? Where is that coming from? I want to keep this Buick TRs. Not turn this into some import fiasco.
