The rest of the track is asphalt and has never been scraped, that I'm aware of. They do spray it, for what that's worth.

I don't want to get in the middle of this but I will explain my comment. My motor has been somewhat of an inside joke between Gene and me for a while now. I consider him a friend and he knows I was just kidding. I do however stand beside my comment that I would put mine up against any other S2 engine out there. Besides, why would he want to disassemble his tube car for a match race that we all know will never happen? And why would Tony want to drag his junk coast to coast? Why can't everyone just agree to do this somewhere neutral. Cal has put a very gracious offer out there. Sounds like you can almost write your own ticket Donnie - why not take these folks up on their offers? I think a lot of people including myself would enjoy seeing something actually happen. I also agree with Tony in that it should just be a run whatcha brung and hope you brung enuff deal. TALK IS CHEAP..............
I do have to say, this board has gotten so lame the past few months that I hardly even come on here any more. Sadly enough, this is the most entertaining action this forum has seen in quite some time. Guess I've gotten to used to the smack talking over on the Bullet.

As I explained to Tony, there has to be some sort of ground rules. I don't want to end up being matched up against a Pro Mod or something rediculous.
