I have some track times for the GN, 15 psi on 93. Borrowed a set of 26x8.5x14 mt slicks(17psi), Thanks Clint.

2800 orange stripe converter
Gary Mitchell chip

60-1.88 left at 8lbs NO knock .750 o2
660-8.3
mph-83

60-1.89 left at 9lbs

Felt good to use a slick at the track, it was my first time using a real slick only had dot stuff before.

According to my handy dandy conversion chart that should be good for a 12.99 pass or better.

With some race gas, more boost/fuel pressure, and some fine tuning you should be able to knock about a full second off the ET and gain approx. 10 more mph. We've run easy mid-low 7's @ 94+ mph with that same turbo/inj. combo in the past.

Good luck and have fun!!!:D

Did you run these times Sunday at Farmington? I was there but wasn't able to bring my car because I had to leave early. There were some nice TR's there, a couple tickling the 6's:eek: Didn't have much time to get around to see everyone, but I'll be sure to check it all out next time.

Yeah I was at the Farm. My car had a US flag on the front with USA on the back.
Steele and Tommy have some fast stock block cars I believe both have been in the 6.90 range.
It was a very good turn out with about 12 cars total mainly GN's.
There was a rosewood T that run 8.5 I would like to know his combo. Also Rodney had a Limited that was running 7.5.

I would like to run some 23 psi 110 octane runs and try to get mine in the 7.90's but who knows.

I have your basic combo and 23 psi is worth 7.40's on drag radials. You are setting your sites too low.

What would you leave at to produce a 7.40 boost wise and 60ft time, that would be great number to run. I just want to be as realistic as possible.

NCTURBOS I might go, it is a bit over an hour drive I really wish I had a trailer.

Leave with AT LEAST 5 lbs...more if your tires can hold it. My 7.40's was leaving at 6lbs on BFG drag radials. 1.68 60'
Practice launching near your home on back roads. Preferably on a rough surface concrete bridge. It'll launch like a rocket. Ask me how I know!

For you guys at the Farm....in a month or so you are going to have the pleasure to feast your eyes on a whole new breed of TR.........6 APPEAL:cool: :D
