I am building a '27 Model T hot rod and using a 1986 3.8 Turbo engine block. It had a 200R4 trans but I would like to install a T5. Is there a bellhousing that will fit?

you need to find a bellhousing from an older car- depending on what kind of clutch setup you are using, you could try to find one out of a Buick V6 powered Buick Skyhawk (same as a Monza) that will be for a cable operated clutch or even out of an old Buick V8 powered car from the late 60's/early 70's car with a traditional Z bar linkage.
you could also buy an aftermarket scattershield.
