What im saying is E85 isnt usually E85. If I was racing it would be E85 and the 15% gasoline wouldnt be 87 octane either unless the rules required the fuel be bought out of a pump.

I would agree that E85 is gas. The only real way to regulate the fuel would be to supply it at the events. This would keep things in check anyways and keep a level playing field.
