Tried calling you 5 times today dude...don't know how long you expect me to wait when you say you'll call me back. You're running a business. If you're that busy, you need to hire help. A return phone call just letting someone no "yes or no" goes a long way. One of the last things you asked me when I placed my order was to leave you positive feedback. I can't do that right now. My car has been apart on and off for about 2 years now, waiting weeks and months here and there for parts. Right now I'm waiting on you......
 
when this all got started you knew i was clearly sick !!!! i mailed you everything we talked about and i apologize that the shift cable was broken and like i told you the other day when you started yelling at me that i mailed your parts again i did !!!!!! and for the record i dont wake up early in the morning !!!! and calling 5 times does not motivate me to call anyone back. if i need to mail you a 3rd package i will.

When this FIRST got started, you weren't sick.I found that out 2 weeks after not getting parts. Then I called you, and you told me you were sick. I waited over another week before I called again, and YOU copped an attitude with me telling me you have people calling from all over the world, don't keep everybody's phone numbers, It's just me here running this, etc. etc. etc.. Finally got my parts a few days later, and had an issue with the shifter cable, which you said you'd take care of. Last Monday that went out. Then last Friday, I call again, and again, you get an attitude with me, then tell me there was a problem with FedEx. Then you say, it's going out today (Friday 25th), you'll have it tomorrow. It's Thursday 31st now, and I still don't have all my parts. And I still don't have a call from you telling me when I'm getting them. And I didn't know that 8:21 am was early in the morning. I'm up at 5 am every day. Not returning calls, and getting an attitude with people when they call to ask where parts are does NOT motivate people to leave good feedback or repeat business. I'm not saying you're trying to rip me off or anything. I just want my parts. I paid you. It's your job to get the order out, and correct problems in a timely manner. Again, you should hire help if you're that busy. You tell me that you'd be happy if you sent money to someone and didn't recieve everything you paid for, then got attitude when you called to see what happened, then didn't recieve a call back, then didn't get an answer at all. You can't honestly tell me you would, and if you do, I've got some land for sale in Mexico. Just send me a postal money order for $100,000 and I'll send you the deed. It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE.
 
And for the record, I didn't come on here trying to bash you. You left me no choice but to post here by not calling me back when you said you would, then not answering your phone. I'm sure you'd pick right up if I pm'd you with the 2-3 grand more worth of parts I need. CLEARLY there's a problem with the last shipment. If you'd have called me back when you said you would, or answered your phone yesterday, we wouldn't be doing this. You came highly recommended by Chris at CK, that's why I ordered from you. I'm a bit disappointed right now. Pricing and availability is good, but you need to work on your customer service skills.
 
Hey joe let the people know you got your parts yesterday that way it doesn't look like your still waiting for them
